For general questions, technical feedback, corrections, and privacy questions, email admin@abloomsol.com. Please include enough detail for us to understand and reproduce the issue: the tool name and page link, what you entered, and what you expected. Screenshots are welcome.
There is no phone support and no postal address for this site. Email is the only contact channel.
2. Reporting a Wrong Result
If a calculator gives a result that looks wrong, please include:
The tool name and page link. The exact inputs you entered. The result you received and the result you expected. Your browser and device, if you know them. A screenshot of the page, if that helps. We will check the formula and assumptions shown on that tool's page.
3. AI Solver Help
If the AI Solver fails or gives an unexpected answer, please tell us: which provider you selected (Google Gemini, OpenRouter, OpenAI, Groq, or xAI); the model, if you know it; and whether the problem happened while entering text, uploading or recognizing an image, or after pressing Solve Step-by-Step.
Never send your API key by email. We will never ask for it. If an error persists, check your token quota and network access on your AI provider's own dashboard first.
4. Academic Use
Teachers and students are welcome to use the calculators for learning and checking their own work. If you want to cite a tool, or ask about classroom use, email us with [Academic Inquiry] in the subject line.
