Terms of Use
Terms for using Abloom Solver.
Effective date: October 8, 2026. Last updated: October 30, 2026.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Abloom Solver. By accessing or using any calculator or the AI Solver on this site, you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy and Trust and Limitations page. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Description of Services
Abloom Solver provides free browser-based calculators for finance, health, mathematics, and everyday topics, and an optional AI math solver that works with an API key you provide. There is no user account and no subscription from Abloom Solver. Features and tools may change or stop at any time without notice, and no uptime is promised.
3. Accuracy Disclaimer
All computations, charts, and AI-generated explanations are provided for general information, learning, and quick estimates only. They do not constitute professional engineering, architectural, financial, medical, or legal verification. You are responsible for checking important results independently before using them for assignments, designs, financial decisions, or safety-critical work. Digital computing uses finite binary precision, so minor rounding differences can occur. AI-generated solutions may contain incorrect steps or conclusions.
4. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) and Costs
The AI Solver works only with API credentials you supply. You confirm that you have the right to use any credential you enter, including credentials for OpenRouter, Google Cloud, OpenAI, Groq, or xAI. Abloom Solver charges no subscription or inference fee. Any costs, token charges, or overages billed by your chosen provider are solely your responsibility. Keys are saved only in your browser's localStorage. They are not encrypted by the page, and clearing browser data or using private browsing will remove them.
5. Acceptable Use
Use the site in compliance with applicable law. Do not: use bots or scrapers that place an unreasonable load on the site; try to reverse-engineer, circumvent security, or inject scripts into the site's code; use the tools to cheat on tests, or to submit generated work as your own where your school or institution forbids it; submit unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.
6. Intellectual Property
The site's layout, styles, code, graphics, and branding are the property of the site operator. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes.
7. Third-Party Links and Services
The site links to third-party services such as AI provider dashboards and documentation (for example, OpenRouter, Google AI Studio, and OpenAI Platform). Those services are outside our control, and we are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, uptime, or availability.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Abloom Solver and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or academic standing, resulting from: your use of, reliance on, or inability to use the site; any computational inaccuracy or erroneous AI-generated reasoning; unauthorized access to your browser's local storage; service interruptions or downtime caused by hosting or API providers.
9. Changes and Contact
These terms may be updated at any time. Updates take effect when published on this page, and continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms. For questions about these terms, contact admin@abloomsol.com or use the Contact page.
